Grant is a training and education expert, with over 20 year’s high-level experience in the work-based learning industry and wider skills agenda. As a respected industry leader, Grant is a regular contributor and speaker on education topics in local and national press. He is also CEO of the renowned Educ8 Training Group.
Being both politically astute and commercially experienced, Grant proudly holds an active role in many influential boards across the country, such as Cardiff Capital Regional Employment and Skills, and the National Training Federation for Wales. An MBA qualified management professional, Grant has a thorough understanding of business strategy and alongside Chairman Colin Tucker, has led the growth of Educ8 from £500K to over £8m in just 12 years.
Grant’s core values are focussed on developing a positive culture and ethos, which play an essential part of his philosophy and become the cornerstone of his success.
