Leigh Hughes
Leigh is currently Chair of Cardiff Capital Region Employment & Skills Board and represents the South East Wales region on Welsh Government Employment & Skills Board (WESB). He has worked in the construction industry for 30 years and is CSR Director for Bouygues Construction UK and its entities. Bouygues UK, Bouygues Energies & Services, Bouygues TP and VSL deliver construction, housing, development, regeneration, energy performance and management including smart cities innovative solutions using our global and local experience across private and public sectors.
The company employs around 4,400 people across the businesses in the UK.
Leigh is Chair of CITB Wales Nations Council
