Mark Baines
Mark is Head of Curriculum and Performance for Addysg Oedolion Cymru/Adult Learning Wales and managed several functional areas including finance, business development, and delivery. Mark is an advocate for adult learning and supports a variety of partnerships across Wales to develop learning opportunities, especially for people for whom circumstances are challenging.
Outside of work Mark is passionate about cycling and a keen Liverpool supported.
