Dawn Bradbury

Dawn’s role as the Regional Skills Partnership Coordinator for the CCRSP supports the Regional Skills Partnership Managers in delivering employer engagement activities. Dawn also leads the coordination of the CCR Employment and Skills Board.

Dawn is committed to improving skills and employment opportunities across Wales. With over 15 years at Newport City Council’s Work and Skills department, she has built strong partnerships and delivered initiatives that make a real difference to communities.

Her experience includes coordinating major employment events, creating tailored training to close skills gaps, and supporting pathways into fair, sustainable jobs. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and workforce development, Dawn uses innovative approaches to tackle labour market challenges.

She holds a BA in Education (Early Years and Inclusion), ILM Level 3, and Level 4 in Advice and Guidance, and is currently refreshing her Welsh language skills. Passionate about inclusivity, Dawn combines strategic thinking with marketing and communication expertise to align skills development with employer needs and help individuals reach their potential.
