Beginning her career at the BBC in London, Allison has since become a driving force behind workforce growth and inclusive education in Wales thriving creative sector.

As Managing Director of Screen Alliance Wales (SAW) since 2018, Allison has spearheaded the development of a national strategy for screen education, training, and outreach. Under her leadership, SAW has become a key interface between industry, government, and academia, delivering pioneering programmes that build a diverse, highly skilled workforce for film and television.
