Lisa has worked within the field of strategic regeneration, economic development, skills and policy for over 30 years, initially working as a project manager at the WJEC before moving into local government.

She currently manages Bridgend County Borough Council’s Regeneration Funding and Regional Engagement Team, with a focus on the development and delivery of major external funding programmes, alongside managing key corporate work areas such as the Future Service Delivery programme.

Lisa chairs the CCR RSP Local Authority Skills and Employability cluster group and is engaged with numerous other strategic partnerships on a local, regional and all Wales basis.
